Covid is no respecter of persons...like, at all

If we interact otherwhere than here, you already know that this week, I have covid. Also I was on vacation the last two weeks, so my already patchy “Sometimes Saturdays” posts have been even patchier in the last month.

You might also observe that today is not Saturday. (Probably in any time zone, at this point.) I did try to write you something yesterday, because I have nothing if not time right now. But I also, evidently, have covid brain, and after I wrote The Thing, I realized it was incoherent and boring. Today’s post is not likely to be any better, to be honest, but it’s Sunday morning and I’m a pastor and I feel like I need to be doing something, right?

And that, friends, is what (to the best of my currently limited ability) this post for my dear paid subscribers is about.
